Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to assess their hair type, concerns, and style preferences
• Recommend suitable hair care products based on individual needs, preferences, and budget, while clearly explaining their benefits
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
• Process sales transactions, manage returns, and ensure accurate cash handling
• Participate in and support in-store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement and drive sales
• Perform hands-on hair care services and treatments using oxygen devices and other in-house equipment

Requirements:

• In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of hair care, beauty trends, products, and cosmetic treatments
• At least 1 year of experience in hair care consulting or as a hairstylist (preferred)
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Friendly, approachable, and professionally groomed
• Sales-driven with a collaborative and team-oriented attitude
