Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated IT Operations & Infrastructure Support professional to join our Singapore branch. The successful candidate will provide essential IT support and contribute to the management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication to support our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Technical Support: Provide 1st line technical support for CIB applications, systems, and infrastructure - escalating issues to HQ & assisting to ensure high availability and performance.

Incident Management: Respond to and resolve IT support tickets and incidents in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.

Infrastructure Maintenance: Assist in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.

Hardware Inventory: Maintain accurate inventories list of hardware and ensure proper tracking, deployment, and disposal.

Collaboration: Work closely with Asia Hub (Hong Kong) IT and global IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.

System Upgrades: Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.

Security and Compliance: Ensure all systems and applications comply with corporate security policies and local regulatory requirements.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and procedures to support ongoing operations and future projects.

User Training: Assist to provide training and support to end-users to enhance their technical skills and understanding of IT systems where applicable.

Business Continuity Management: Coordinate periodic business continuity drills and maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan.

Regulatory Technology Assessment: Providing support to management on regulatory requirement & assessment.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry. Experience with local regulatory requirements is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in various IT systems, including networking, servers, storage, databases and cybersecurity.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
