The Role
As a Service Quality Officer, you'll play a key support role in the customer service team. This position is primarily administrative in nature, helping to ensure smooth backend operations and supporting the Service Quality Executive in delivering timely, well-documented resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, case tracking, and email follow-ups
• Document customer feedback accurately and route them to the right teams
• Provide backend support for service-related investigations and resolutions
• Help prepare reports, summaries, or updates for internal stakeholders
• Support ad hoc tasks as needed by the department

Who You Are

• Entry-level or early-career candidates are welcome
• Organised, accurate, and comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, email platforms)
• A team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
