Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day to day operation of the business.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the business.
  • Conduct site check and training.
  • Work closely with the purchasing and sales team to forecast equipment and spare parts ordering.
  • Liaise with the Technical Manager to arrange jobs for technicians.
  • Assist in customer enquiry.
  • Analyze data and generate reports for management review.

Skills and Qualifications :
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work across different teams and with external parties.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Able to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Holder of Class 3 license will be an added advantage.
