Roles & Responsibilities:
Skills and Qualifications :
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day to day operation of the business.
- Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the business.
- Conduct site check and training.
- Work closely with the purchasing and sales team to forecast equipment and spare parts ordering.
- Liaise with the Technical Manager to arrange jobs for technicians.
- Assist in customer enquiry.
- Analyze data and generate reports for management review.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work across different teams and with external parties.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Able to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
- Holder of Class 3 license will be an added advantage.
