Job Description

We are seeking a highly resilient and hands-on Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple sites in Singapore. This is a highly demanding, field-based role suited only for candidates with strong physical and mental stamina, unwavering discipline, and the ability to perform under pressure with minimal rest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deploy cleaning crews to various sites, including commercial, industrial, and construction locations, island-wide.
• Conduct nightly site inspections and audits to ensure service standards are met - frequent midnight and early morning rounds required.
• Personally fill in cleaning manpower gaps when required due to last-minute absenteeism (including during weekends and public holidays).
• Plan and execute emergency cleaning operations on short notice, including after-hours call-outs.
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and time sheets across multiple shifts.
• Handle client complaints and rectify service lapses immediately - onsite resolution expected.
• Drive between job sites daily and manage mobile teams across the island.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in cleaning operations or facilities management.
• Mandatory Class 3 driving license and willingness to drive a company vehicle day and night.
• Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on cleaning when needed.
• Able to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and public holidays without restriction.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to manage a team from diverse backgrounds.
• High-stress tolerance and a no-excuse work ethic.
