Job Description
We're looking for a dependable and hands-on Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team. This role involves a mix of Level 1 and 2 support responsibilities, on-site deployments, system upgrades, and proactive maintenance work. You'll work with both cloud-based and on-premise enterprise systems and be a key part of ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support to customers via email, phone, or in person.
- Troubleshoot application issues, extract logs, and run diagnostic scripts.
- Assist with deployment, upgrade, and maintenance of enterprise systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Document support activities, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Perform routine system checks and support preventive maintenance.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of helpdesk tickets.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in technical support/helpdesk (L1 or L2); fresh grads welcome.
- Strong understanding of Windows environments and enterprise software.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and use of command-line tools.
- Familiarity with networks, remote desktop tools, and system configurations.
- Strong communication skills in English; conversational Mandarin is a plus.
- Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
