Summary of Role:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of infrastructure and application migration projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope. This includes managing vendor relationships, coordinating technical consultancy and support for system enhancements, and ensuring compliance with contractual and Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of infrastructure and application migration projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope. This includes managing vendor relationships, coordinating technical consultancy and support for system enhancements, and ensuring compliance with contractual and Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite project management services for assigned projects.
- Provide technical consultancy and support to the operational users in the enhancement of existing applications and systems.
- Provide weekly reporting of status on project schedules and work done in an accurate and timely manner, prepare and distribute regular performance and status reports as required.
- Manage any infrastructure application migration and electrical works to ensure the project completion is in accordance with the timeline.
- Review and endorse technical design for the projects, work with users and vendors to implement enhancements that meet users' requirements.
- Manage the necessary requirements from the project vendors such as to plan, manage and ensure the progress of relating projects and resolve arising issues to ensure the timely completion of the projects as scheduled.
- Manage and monitor the performance of the vendors engaged for the projects to ensure that the compliance to the contractual and Service Level Agreement (SLA), and to take appropriate corrective actions in cases of poor performance.
- Manage the project scope from project vendors, in the case of any troubleshooting or technical related project issues (the assigned project manager is required to coordinate with the vendor until the issue has been resolved or addressed. The assigned project manager may be required to be recalled on-site outside of office hours, depending on the situation and urgency).
- Coordinate with the project vendors in operations planning and support including Security (Vulnerability Assessment, Dynamic Application Security Test, Static Application Security Test and Pen Test) and UAT/Disaster Recovery test for the systems.
- Ensure the reports provided by the project vendors are up to date.
- Escalate any deviations in project timelines, incidents, relevant concerns to the Agency POC and to provide the follow up actions.
- Review and ensure accuracy in any necessary paperwork and technical documentations provided by the project vendors.
- Support any other additional interface connectivity and network for applications and security system during the service contractual period.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or its equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of comprehensive experience across project management, technical consultancy, vendor management, and security coordination.
- PMP certification is desired.
- Strong background in working with users and vendors to implement enhancements that meet requirements.
- Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects, including application migrations and electrical works.
- Experience in handling project scope, managing vendors, and troubleshooting issues.
- Expertise in providing technical consultancy for application and system enhancements.
- Experience in managing and monitoring vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Experience in managing incidents, escalating issues, and taking follow-up actions to resolve concerns in a timely manner.
- Strong ability to manage timelines, vendor relationships (and ensure projects are completed according to schedule).
- Ability to review, endorse, and validate technical designs for projects.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by coordinating with vendors.
- Ability to prepare, maintain, and distribute regular project status reports and performance documentation.
- Ability to coordinate and manage project-related issues that may arise during non-office hour.
- Ability to provide clear and concise updates, escalate issues as needed, and ensure smooth communication with project stakeholders.
- Knowledge in coordinating vulnerability assessments, dynamic application security tests, static application security tests, penetration tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to work outside of office hours when necessary, especially for urgent issues or troubleshooting.
