About the Company:

Our client is an established Semiconductor company, dedicated to innovation and technological advancement in the field. As they expand their operations, they are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee key aspects of product development and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of program management, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring products are delivered on time and meet specifications
• Act as the primary liaison with customers, managing expectations and ensuring clear, ongoing communication regarding deliverables
• Drive successful delivery of new products or services that meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations as outlined in the program plan
• Identify program gaps or emerging issues and implement timely interventions to resolve them
• Design and execute program plans, proactively addressing issues and initiating corrective actions as needed to maintain progress
• Collaborate with individual project leaders across multiple projects to define goals, assign responsibilities, set budgets, and establish timelines

Requirements

• 5+ years in Program Management and Planning
• Good technical knowledge of semiconductor industry
• Photonics or Laser experience preferred
• PMP Certified
