You'll Make an Impact By:
  • Drive Regional Sales Growth: Lead sales for dedicated customers in Factory Automation, specifically focusing on Industrial Edge Technology across Southeast Asia, managing and supporting local country organizations to achieve objectives.
  • Identify and Seize Business Opportunities: Actively explore the market potential for Industrial Edge Technology to grow market share, expand our installed base, and enhance satisfaction with key customers and partners.
  • Shape Regional Market Strategy: Adapt global go-to-market strategies to local demands, developing action plans in collaboration with regional management to ensure target achievement.
  • Provide Technical Sales Enablement: Empower sales teams by offering region-specific coaching, technical insights, and compelling sales narratives to drive business development.
  • Manage Key Customer & Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with top customers and partners, representing Siemens as a technology and thought leader.
  • Analyze Market Trends & Inform Portfolio: Continuously monitor customer requirements, competitor activities, and market trends to provide feedback for portfolio development and advocate for technology adoption.

Your Defining Qualities:
  • Relevant Educational Background: Possess a degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Sales & Business Development Experience: Have at least 5+ years of experience in an automation sales environment or business development, preferably with industrial software or IT skills.
  • Deep Portfolio Knowledge: Strong understanding of Digital Industries' portfolio, encompassing Factory Automation, Motion Control, and Software solutions.
  • Strategic & Customer-Centric Mindset: Approach challenges with a strategic perspective, a strong customer focus, and the readiness to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with the ability to communicate and present effectively to internal and external partners at all levels.
  • Proactive & Collaborative: A self-starter who actively drives new technologies into the sales organization, collaborates effectively, and has a proven ability to lead technical aspects of deals.
