Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Representative to join our Swimming Pool Equipment & Repair Division. The ideal candidate will provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for swimming pool equipment, including robotic pool cleaners and chemical analyser systems. No prior experience is required-full training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair swimming pool equipment:
  • Robotic cleaners, pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems
• Perform calibration and basic configuration of chemical analyser systems
• Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment usage and maintenance
• Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and parts used
• Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness at work sites
• Collaborate with team members to deliver quality service

Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Diploma and above
• Experience: Not required - we provide full hands-on training
• Mechanical or electrical knowledge is an advantage
• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 20 kg)
• Able to work independently and manage multiple jobs
• Must be able to drive
