Working Hours

Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: Office-based (5 minutes' walk from Jurong East MRT)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payment transactions
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy
• Support general accounting duties and administrative tasks as required

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with basic accounting systems/software
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
