About Our Client

Job Description

• Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets while monitoring key metrics such as warehouse stock levels, stock aging, stock in trade, and accounts receivable.
• Implement strategies and corrective actions to meet sales goals, optimize distribution, product visibility, product mix, and channel training.
• Conduct quarterly customer business reviews and report results promptly to the Sales Leader.
• Maintain and negotiate channel strategies and trade policies in alignment with the Sales Leader to build strong relationships with prospects.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Marketing teams on demand forecasting and sales collateral development for target markets.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and lead a small team of sales personnel and store promoters.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in sales management across both offline and online channels within the consumer electronics industry. Experience with headphones and mobile/home accessories is a plus.
• Well-established industry network.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
