We are seeking a TQM (Loan) to join our team in the Central Region. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our lending operations.

Job Description

• Develop and implement quality control processes to monitor the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation and underwriting decisions

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in our lending practices

• Provide feedback and training to loan officers to enhance their skills and performance

• Collaborate with the compliance and risk management teams to ensure our products and services meet all relevant regulations and industry standards

• Analyse key performance metrics and recommend process enhancements to drive operational efficiency

• Support the continuous improvement of our mortgage lending workflow and technology systems

Requirments

• Experience in a quality assurance or loan auditing role within the financial services sector is an advantage

• Candidates who have passed Money Lenders Test is a MUST

• Thorough understanding of lending regulations, underwriting guidelines and quality control best practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in our lending operations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide constructive feedback and training to team members

• Ability to work collaboratively across different departments and stakeholders

• Proficient in using data analysis tools and quality management software
