Job Summary:

Role: AI/ML Developer

Location: Singapore

We are looking for an innovative and hands-on AI Solution Engineer with experience across Python development, Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and Azure AI services. This role combines both solution engineering and development, bridging business needs with technical execution. You will work across the AI/ML lifecycle-from data preprocessing and model development to integration and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or software engineering roles (L3-L4 mix).

- Proficiency in Python with strong coding, debugging, and scripting skills.

- Experience with LLMs and generative AI, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and API integration.

- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.

- Azure Certified (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Developer Associate, or Azure Solutions Architect).

- Hands-on experience with Azure AI stack: Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Functions, etc.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions using Python and Azure AI tools.

- Build and fine-tune LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Claude, Azure OpenAI) for various use cases such as chatbots, summarization, classification, etc.

- Collaborate with architects and data scientists to translate business problems into robust, scalable AI solutions.

- Implement and support model inferencing APIs, pipelines, and workflows in production.

- Leverage Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Azure OpenAI to build and deploy solutions efficiently.

- Apply MLOps practices to manage model training, versioning, testing, and monitoring.

- Work in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in code reviews, CI/CD processes, and peer programming.
