Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing support and maintenance of a mission-critical .NET-based application.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day support activities, including issue tracking, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Work closely with development teams to plan, prioritize, and deploy patches, bug fixes, and minor enhancements.
• Monitor application performance and ensure adherence to SLAs for uptime and response times.
• Liaise with business users to understand support requirements and communicate status updates effectively.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date support documentation, knowledge bases, and incident logs.
• Identify areas for process improvements and recommend best practices for efficient support operations.
• Manage small support teams or collaborate with vendors/partners as needed.
• Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies during support activities.

Requirements:

• Degree
• PMP/ITIL certified preferable
• 4-7 years of overall IT experience, including 2-3 years in a support-focused Project Management role.
• Proven experience supporting and maintaining complex .NET-based applications in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, especially around issue triage, bug fixes, and minor releases.
• Hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working with offshore/onshore development teams.
• Familiarity with ITIL support processes, incident management, and ticketing tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English - both written and verbal - for liaising with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment.
