Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Technical Lead with a strong background in data engineering, data visualization, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tableau, Snowflake, Advanced SQL, and Essbase, and a strong grasp of performance optimization and dashboard/report development. You will play a key role in leading technical initiatives, mentoring team members, and delivering scalable data solutions for business insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of relevant experience in Data Engineering, BI, or Analytics roles.

- Proven experience with Tableau for dashboard/report development.

- Strong expertise in Snowflake and Advanced SQL for data modeling and querying.

- Solid knowledge of data engineering concepts and ETL best practices.

- Experience with data visualization techniques and design principles.

- Hands-on experience in performance tuning and optimization of SQL and dashboards.

- Familiarity with Essbase and enterprise reporting systems.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of data solutions and analytical dashboards.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Guide the team in building data pipelines, visualizations, and reports using Tableau, Snowflake, and other relevant tools.

- Optimize performance of SQL queries, dashboards, and data models to ensure scalability and responsiveness.

- Oversee data engineering tasks including ETL processes, data quality checks, and transformation logic.

- Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and documentation.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and analysts.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (BI, Data Science, IT, and business units) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

- Support and enhance existing solutions including Essbase reporting systems.
