A regional private bank is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Manager (Fixed Income) to join their Private Banking business in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to manage and grow the bank's Fixed Income product platform, drive product strategy, and provide actionable investment ideas to Client Advisors and stakeholders. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external counterparties to deliver robust solutions to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, while ensuring compliance, control, and strong revenue contribution

Responsibilities:

• Develop and package executable Fixed Income ideas for Client Advisors, using Research, industry trends, and ground feedback.
• Provide color and depth to portfolios and drive Product Focus alongside Research.
• Provide solutions for client Fixed Income requests and educate Client Advisors and team members on products and pricing.
• Manage Fixed Income platform: maintain relationships with counterparties and key market players; execute trades; pricing; and control framework.
• Ensure products reflect accurately in bank's books; produce reports and MIS for oversight and compliance.
• Support delivery and training initiatives to raise team expertise in Fixed Income.
• Develop and launch new products and initiatives; drive platform projects forward.
• Provide actionable calls, pricing inquiries, and marketing materials to aid Client Advisors in portfolio management and service delivery.
• Develop and publish internal materials and market color to help drive sales.

What We're Looking For:

• Detailed knowledge of Fixed Income and Credit markets.
• Experience in Fixed Income sales, advisory, or platform management.
• End-to-end understanding of product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, portfolio, and risk management.
• Familiar with legal and regulatory framework.
• Presentational, communication, and product training skills.
