As Talent Manager, you'll partner with Market leaders and HR teams to execute key talent initiatives, driving transformation and fostering a high-performing, diverse, and future-ready workforce.
Reporting to the Talent Director, you'll support the elevation of talent, drive strategic talent acquisition, enhance employee engagement, and develop future leaders.

- Talent Program Execution
- Champion the CAREER COMPASS roll out in the region.
- Coordinate the OMR and RISE campaigns.
- Be the go-to person for local HR teams regarding core programs like NOMADES and HORIZONS.
- Monitor progress, track participation, and gather feedback across markets.
- Recruitment Support
- Ensure consistent Talent Acquisition best practices across the region.
- Source candidates through various channels and build proactive talent pipelines.
- Coordinate with the local HR teams on Talent Acquisition programs like HORIZONS.
- Provide direct recruitment support to markets as needed.
- Support innovative recruitment strategies while working with the Global team.
- Onboarding Coordination
- Ensure consistent onboarding across markets, adapting global initiatives for local relevance.
- Provide resources to local HR for effective onboarding, especially for Zone head office exposure.
- Gather and analyze onboarding feedback for continuous improvement.
- Learning & Development Assistance
- Collaborate with local HR to implement regional learning initiatives.
- Support training sessions and provide guidance on digital resources like LOUIS CAMPUS.
- Track the effectiveness of learning programs through data collection and analysis.
- Data & Reporting
- Collect and analyze regional data related to talent, recruitment, and learning.
- Prepare reports summarizing key findings and progress against KPIs.
- Communication & CSR Support
- Partner with the Assistant HR Manager in charge to align and coordinate the talent-related activities.
Profile
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management, preferably in a regional role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and talent management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and hands-on execution abilities.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
