- Overall responsibility is to create BIM content and production documents.
- Proficient with C&S/ Archi / M&E 3D Models.
- Ensure that BIM models are delivered in quality, due diligence and timely manner.
- Identify any discrepancies occurred for BIM models during the design stage.
- Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.
- Work closely with Project Manager & project teams to ensure drawings/models are as per site requirements.
- Report daily activities and BIM progress.
- Any other tasks or jobs assigned by team leader.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture/ M&E Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar platforms.
- Able to work independent as well as a good team player.
- Minimum 5 years Local Experience in Construction Industry, preferably in HDB project.
