Job Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Daily data entry of supplier invoices and payments for two companies.
- Key in all GL-related incoming and outgoing payments into the EZ accounting system.
- Ensure proper filing of all accounting and administrative documents.
- Assist in preparing and finalizing quarterly GST input and output in the EZ system.
- Provide administrative and accounting support to seniors and executives when needed.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate accounting records.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- With or without working experience
- Basic understanding of AP/AR/GL processes and Singapore GST preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with EZ system is a plus.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good self-management and time management skills.
- Able to speak and write in both Chinese and English to manage documentation and liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the accounting function.
