Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and technically driven Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our IC, power, and electrical component product lines. The role requires managing the full product lifecycle, conducting market and competitive analysis, solving customer challenges, and developing product roadmaps that align with customer needs and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Lifecycle Management:
• Oversee the entire lifecycle from concept, development, launch, and continuous improvement to product end-of-life.
• Product Roadmap Development:
• Define and maintain detailed product roadmaps aligned with business strategy, engineering capabilities, and market trends.
• Customer Problem Solving:
• Engage with customers to understand pain points and translate feedback into actionable product improvements or new feature requirements.
• Market & Competitive Analysis:
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with Engineering, R&D, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to ensure timely delivery and successful product launches.
• Go-to-Market Strategy:
• Support the development of pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies for new products.
• Sales & Technical Support:
• Provide product training and technical support to internal sales teams and key clients when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on semiconductors, power electronics, ICs, or electrical components.
• Solid understanding of industry standards and technology trends in power components and ICs.
• Proven ability to translate technical requirements into business value.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and with customers.
• Experience working with regional or global teams is a plus.
