To deliver engaging, high-quality, and comprehensive tennis coaching to students of all ages and skill levels, in both private and group settings.

Duties and Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule private lessons based on client availability and preferences.
• Develop structured and effective lesson plans for both private and group sessions.
• Deliver all coaching sessions in a professional, engaging, and student-centered manner.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date logbook of lessons conducted and hours worked each month.
• Build strong rapport with students to encourage retention and ongoing development.
• Clearly communicate lesson policies, including payment terms and cancellation procedures, to all clients.
• Ensure timely collection and tracking of payments for all private lessons.
• Regularly inspect, care for, and maintain coaching equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Keep tennis courts clean, organized, and ready for use before and after sessions.
• Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of group lessons to prepare and set up.
• Accurately record and monitor group lesson attendance on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• GCE "O" level certificate, ITE certificate or equivalent
• At least 6 years of tennis coaching experience
• Obtained Tennis Coaching Certification
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
• Good communication skills.
• Medically fit to work and conduct lessons.
• Able to work independently and as a team.

• Build and maintain a consistent client base while gradually increasing coaching hours.
• Ensure prompt and accurate remittance of lesson fees for private sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully equipped coaching environment, ensuring courts and equipment are in good working condition.
