Requirements

- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building, Facilities, or equivalent.

- At least 3 years of managerial experience.

Job Scope:

- Work as a managing agent, handling day-to-day operations involving electrical, ACMV, M&E, security, and other related tasks.

- Manage a team of 15 technicians to provide 24/7 support at three separate locations.

- Track and manage all contractors' A&A works and maintenance schedules.

- Prepare for weekly and monthly meetings.

- Respond to breakdowns and ensure follow-up on all necessary work.
