Job Description:

- Answer incoming phone calls and filter correctly to the respective departments

- Greet and welcome all walk-in guests in a professional manner and notify relevant staff of the guest's arrival

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail or packages

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies

- Chaperone Clients to government offices in a professional manner whenever necessary

- Deliver letters/official documents to respective country embassies whenever necessary

- Any other ad-hoc task as per assigned by supervisor
