We're on the lookout for a Creative Team Lead - a hybrid thinker-doer who can steer big ideas and roll up their sleeves to make them happen. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, design, production, and people leadership - this might be your next big move.

What You'll Do

You Might Be the One If:

• You've got years in a creative agency or production studio (and it shows in your portfolio).
• You think across mediums - video, branding, social, campaigns - and know how to pull it all together.
• You're a leader, a maker, a problem-solver, and a team hype person.
• You've led teams, pitched clients, juggled timelines - and still kept the vibe high.
• Adobe Creative Suite is second nature. Bonus if you've dabbled with AI tools, motion graphics, 3D or new tech.
• You get that creativity is commercial - great ideas have to land and sell.
• Bilingual? Big plus.
• Extra bonus points if you have Audio-Visual production experience too.
