Job Description:

Our client is seeking a proactive and dependable Warehouse Supervisor to lead their warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate should have experience in supervising warehouse activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining high standards of safety and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse assistants and drivers

Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch functions

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock checks

Coordinate daily operations to meet delivery schedules

Enforce workplace safety and compliance with WSH regulations

Monitor productivity and implement process improvements

Prepare operational and inventory reports as required

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations

Previous supervisory experience preferred

Familiar with warehouse management systems and procedures

Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Possession of forklift license is an advantage

Strong leadership and communication skills
