Team Scope: Legal & Compliance

Establish a legal and compliance framework aligned with the Group's dual-core businesses in AIoT and AI+Healthcare. Embed legal controls into key business processes, oversee legal support for major initiatives, IP strategy, risk mitigation, and regulatory coordination to enable strategic execution, ecosystem growth, and capital market credibility.

Core Responsibilities:

Review day-to-day business contracts and legal documents, identify potential legal risks and offer revision advice.

Support business teams with legal input in commercial negotiations

Manage coordination with external law firms to ensure quality and relevance of legal services.

Legal Support for Strategic Projects & Compliance Coordination

Provide end-to-end legal support for the Group's financing, M&A, and strategic partnerships, including due diligence, contract review, and deal structuring to ensure lawful execution.

Partner with healthcare, brand, and technology teams to deliver compliance solutions for new business models such as brand incubation, data applications, and international growth.

Integrate legal review and compliance checkpoints into business operations and approval flows, ensuring legal input is proactive and timely.

Collaborate with Brand, PR, and IR teams to review all external communication and disclosure materials, safeguarding compliance and message alignment.

IP Strategy & Compliance Ecosystem Development

Lead IP strategy across healthcare, technology, and brand domains, driving registration, ownership, licensing, and enforcement processes.

Ensure the legal protection and commercialization of key technologies and visual assets to build a defensible IP-based brand moat.

Embed IP compliance across creative, product development, and marketing workflows, proactively mitigating infringement risks.

Establish external legal coordination mechanisms to manage outside counsel engagement, contract execution, and regulatory communications with consistency and control.
