- Min. higher nitec in any discipline;
- Min with at least 3 years' experience in B2B sales in IT or Audio Visual industry;
- Candidates with Interior Design Industry background will be an value added advantage;
- Candidates with experience in sales especially M&E construction industry will be value added advantage.
- Candidates with in Audio Visual / IT Solutions will be value added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in dealing with building and construction industry will be value added advantage.
- Team player who can work in fast paced environment.
- Organise, detailed-oriented and hard working
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Candidates need to liaise with China supplier with writing or spoken in MANDARIN language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end AV installation projects from initiation through completion
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and timelines
- Develop project schedules, manage resources, and track project progress against milestones
- Coordinate site surveys, system design, equipment procurement, and installation works
- Supervise on-site installation teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including drawings, reports, and handover files
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions during implementation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and client specifications
- Conduct project review, testing, and client training upon project completion
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management
