Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Lead annual and quarterly B2B marketing planning, aligning strategies with sales goals, pipeline targets, and revenue objectives.
- Design and deploy GenAI-based solutions - including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications - to automate and personalize marketing content, improve campaign relevance, and accelerate customer engagement.
- Develop data-driven strategies to optimize account-based marketing (ABM), campaign execution, and resource allocation across ASEAN and APAC.
- Build and manage marketing dashboards and scorecards to track pipeline, campaign performance, and ROI across the marketing funnel.
- Own forecasting and funnel health reviews; proactively identify gaps in pipeline coverage or conversion rates, and recommend data-driven actions.
- Lead marketing operations processes, including campaign orchestration, lead management, data governance, and martech automation.
- Drive advanced analytics initiatives to improve targeting, predictive lead scoring, and multi-touch attribution modeling.
- Partner with sales and cross-functional stakeholders to improve marketing-sales alignment, supporting QBRs, cadences, and joint GTM initiatives.
- Oversee budget planning, spend efficiency, and marketing investment reporting to maximize ROI.
- Mentor a team of marketing operations and analytics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and GenAI innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in B2B marketing strategy, planning, operations, analytics, or business management, ideally in enterprise technology or consulting environments.
- Demonstrated expertise designing or implementing GenAI solutions - particularly RAG-based engines - for marketing use cases like personalized content generation, conversational engagement, or campaign asset creation.
- Strong track record of managing marketing planning cycles, campaign measurement, and funnel performance optimization across multi-country B2B programs.
- Deep knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Power BI, Tableau).
- Proven ability to lead forecasting processes and deliver actionable insights that accelerate pipeline conversion.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
