As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and ensure that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in coordinating logistics, managing staff, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

About the role:

• Oversee and manage the overall operations of the warehouse
• Lead and supervise staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of daily tasks
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound freight movements
• Prepare and execute daily delivery schedules, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of cargo and inventory
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse at all times
• Coordinate and follow up on regular warehouse maintenance and repair works
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service) and external parties (e.g., transporters, vendors) to ensure smooth logistics processes
• Identify and implement improvements to optimize warehouse workflow and productivity
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations

Skills & Experience required

• Proven 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations and team supervision, ideally in freight forwarding or logistics
• Strong organizational and planning skills, especially in delivery scheduling
• Leadership ability with a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with cargo handling processes and safety standards
