Admin Officer
BANK OF COMMUNICATIONS CO., LTD
This position will report directly to the Head of General Admin and support the team with the following duties:
Requirements
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Monitor performance of cleaning,security and other outsourced services
- Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety,health and building regulations
- Support fire drills,annual shutdown and emergency response readiness
- Preparing,organizing and storing information in paper and digital form
- Dealing with queries,meeting rooms reservation etc
- Coordinate event setup,teardown and liaise with internal teams
- Administration and maintenance of fixed assets
- Liaison with vendors on office related matters
- Prepare and manage facilities budget
- Administration and maintenance of warehouse storage records, internal circulars
- Other general administrative matters
Requirements
- Fresh University/Diploma graduates are welcome to apply
- Diploma/Degree with at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in General Administration or Facilities Management or Building Services or estate operations or related field
- Understanding of building systems,maintenance protocols and safety standards (e.g. Fire Safety Act
- Must have valid Class 3 driving license
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Good communication,project management and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
