This position will report directly to the Head of General Admin and support the team with the following duties:
  1. Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
  2. Monitor performance of cleaning,security and other outsourced services
  3. Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary
  4. Ensure compliance with safety,health and building regulations
  5. Support fire drills,annual shutdown and emergency response readiness
  6. Preparing,organizing and storing information in paper and digital form
  7. Dealing with queries,meeting rooms reservation etc
  8. Coordinate event setup,teardown and liaise with internal teams
  9. Administration and maintenance of fixed assets
  10. Liaison with vendors on office related matters
  11. Prepare and manage facilities budget
  12. Administration and maintenance of warehouse storage records, internal circulars
  13. Other general administrative matters

Requirements
  • Fresh University/Diploma graduates are welcome to apply
  • Diploma/Degree with at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in General Administration or Facilities Management or Building Services or estate operations or related field
  • Understanding of building systems,maintenance protocols and safety standards (e.g. Fire Safety Act
  • Must have valid Class 3 driving license
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Good communication,project management and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
