The Role

Reporting to the APAC Head of Core Compliance, you will oversee all Singapore compliance and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact for MAS, SGX, and other regulatory bodies
• Interpret and advise on Singapore regulations applicable to brokerage activities
• Draft and implement firm-level compliance policies and procedures
• Guide technology and operations teams on regulatory changes
• Manage regulatory audits, inspections, and remediation plans
• Support internal governance and global compliance integration

Your Profile

• Ideally 10-15 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in a compliance/regulatory role within a licensed financial institution, regulator, or exchange
• Strong knowledge of MAS and Singapore exchange rules
• Confident in advising on regulatory frameworks and designing compliance solutions
• Technically adept, with comfort working alongside tech and product teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and thrive in a lean environment
