About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Coordinator to oversee and ensure compliance with safety regulations at our project sites. You will play a key role in implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and promoting a safe working environment for all staff and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to WSH regulations and company safety policies
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and report unsafe acts or conditions
• Organize and conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and risk assessments
• Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and recommend corrective actions
• Assist in the preparation and submission of WSH-related documentation and reports
• Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure safe work procedures are implemented
• Maintain WSH records, including permits-to-work, safety checklists, and training logs
• Liaise with authorities (MOM, SCDF, etc.) and attend audits or site inspections when required

Requirements

• WSH Coordinator Certificate (recognized by MOM)
• Registered WSH Coordinator with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering, or related industries
• Familiar with local WSH Acts, Regulations, and Code of Practices
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently and handle site-related safety issues effectively
