• Capital investment and fundraising strategies
• Business and market analysis

• Development strategies for subsidiaries and new business lines
• Preparing materials for engagement with external investors

Investment Evaluation & Tech Expertise

Conduct due diligence and expert review of incoming investment proposals (M&A, joint ventures):

• Assess financial models and business strategies
• Develop and apply project evaluation metrics
• Perform technical assessments and feasibility studies

Neuromorphic Technologies

Lead neuromorphic technology initiatives:

• Define KPIs and ensure goal achievement
• Validate and oversee budgets
• Collaborate with external partners
• Represent the company publicly on neuromorphic topics (speaking, market research)
• Attract external investment

OS Development

• Design and drive the business strategy for the operating system
• Build partnerships and attract investors, including international stakeholders

PR

Serve as a technology evangelist and public speaker in areas including:

• Neuromorphic technologies
• Artificial intelligence
• Startups and venture capital
• Participate in government and regulatory projects in the APAC region
• Liaise with regional government agencies, including Interpol
• Provide expert support for GR partner initiatives and analyze policy, regulatory, and legal developments
• Support activities of Transparency Centers
