We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Site Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining IT systems, monitoring and updating IP configurations, and performing on-site equipment installation, testing, and commissioning. You will also troubleshoot technical issues related to company products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in IT or security systems integration, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a commitment to meeting customer service level agreements (SLAs). Candidates with at least one year of relevant experience and a Nitec or Diploma in IT or a related field are encouraged to apply.
