• Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the product roadmap for power ICs in line with market demands
  • Prioritize features and specifications based on customer input, technical feasibility, and profitability
  • Work closely with Engineers to convert market needs into technical specifications
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure production schedules and inventory align with demand forecasts
  • Assist sales and marketing teams by providing technical materials such as whitepapers and application notes
  • Carry out a Go-To-Market strategy
• Key Attributes:
  • Strategic Vision - ability to balance technical limitations with market opportunities
  • Technical expertise - strong knowledge of power semiconductors and applications, comfortable analyzing datasheets, test reports, and industry standards
• Requirements:
  • Experience in semiconductor product management, preferably in power electronics
  • Demonstrated success in launching IC products
