Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the overall BIM implementation for assigned projects, covering both design development and final model submission stages.
• Act as the main point of contact for all BIM-related matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) is comprehensive, current, and adhered to by all stakeholders.
• Coordinate updates and changes across discipline-specific models, specialized models, and BIM databases.
• Generate and maintain the drawing submission list based on contract requirements and design deliverables.
• Supervise and guide BIM Modellers, ensuring their outputs are aligned with project schedules and established standards.
• Monitor drawing submission timelines and routinely update the drawing status as needed.
• Collaborate with the Project Team to manage design changes, updates, and issue resolutions effectively.
  Maintain and organize all model files and related documentation, ensuring version control and up-to-date records.
  Attend BIM coordination meetings, including Combined Services Drawing (CSD) and Structural, Electrical & Mechanical (SEM) sessions led by the Civil Contractor, as well as internal project progress meetings when required.

Requirements

• Experience in BIM modelling and coordination, with recognized certifications in BIM modelling and management.
• Proficiency in BIM-related software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, with proven design and coordination experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to effectively manage interdisciplinary teams and deadlines.
