Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the product roadmap for power ICs in alignment with evolving market demands and customer requirements.
• Prioritize product features and specifications by evaluating technical feasibility, commercial impact, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to translate market needs into technical design specifications.
• Coordinate with supply chain and operations to align production schedules and inventory planning with demand forecasts.
• Support sales and marketing teams by preparing technical collateral, including whitepapers, datasheets, and application notes.
• Drive and execute an effective go-to-market strategy for new product introductions.

• Technical Depth: Strong understanding of power semiconductor technologies and applications, with the ability to analyze datasheets, test reports, and application performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Capable of aligning engineering, supply chain, and business functions to achieve product goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in semiconductor product management, preferably with a focus on power electronics.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing IC products through their lifecycle.
