Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals involving capital equipment for electronics production.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
  Collaborate closely with product, service, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to senior management.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events across the SEA region.

Requirements:

• Experience in business development or sales, preferably in electronic production equipment or capital equipment industry.
• Proven track record in developing and managing sales pipelines in Southeast Asia.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the SEA region, with a primary focus on Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore.
