- Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential growth areas.
- Actively prospect and secure new business opportunities, expanding the client base and increasing market penetration.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with market demands and company objectives.
- Cultivate relationships with high-value clients and strategic partners.
- Prepare proposals, manage pricing strategies, and handle negotiations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Participate in menu planning, costing, and customization for clients.
- Monitor market trends and analyse sales data to report on performance.
Key Requirements Include:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or any related fields.
- 10-15 years of progressive/cumulative sales experience within catering, hospitality, or Food & Beverage sectors.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Experienced in tendering processes and procurement procedures.
- Strong knowledge of catering operations and event logistics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in catering sales software and Microsoft Office applications.
