Responsibilities:

• Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, investigators, surveyors, adjusters, investigators, lawyers, 3rd party claimants, sister companies etc.
• Claims handling;
• Manage and process claims expeditiously, professionally and equitably within agreed service benchmarks or applicable protocols;
• Ensure reserves are provide or updated in a timely and realistic manner;
• Add value to underwriters by advising underwriters on issues discovered during claims handling such as issues due to gap in policy wording and on risk improvement;
• Visit clients' offices/attend meetings as and when required;
• Periodic review of files, as and when required;
• Ensure recovery claims are pursued and followed up periodically;
• Any other duty or assignment as and when instructed by the superior

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 1 year of WICA claims experience
• BCP, PGI and CGI certified
