JOB DESCRIPTION

• Be part of building a strong and capable team from the ground up
• Plan and coordinate training sessions and learning journeys
• Work with leaders to identify development needs
• Manage schedules, venues (virtual/physical), and materials
• Track attendance, feedback, and performance
• Create engaging training communications
• Support internal trainers and external facilitators
• Encourage a continuous learning culture
• Develop organizational skills in a people-focused role
• Contribute directly to team excellence and professional growth

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple training programs simultaneously
• High attention to detail to ensure training materials are accurate and effective
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
