Job Scope:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote interior solution products
• Drive product positioning, pricing, promotions, and branding in line with market trends
• Identify and build strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers
• Lead the sales to achieve targets through training, performance tracking, and motivation
• Work closely with product development to provide market feedback and support innovation
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and digital initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/marketing within the interior design, building materials, or construction industry
• Proven leadership in driving revenue growth and managing product marketing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Creative thinker with a deep understanding of customer preferences in the interior space market
