  • Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-level functional and technical support to customers end-users regarding Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics Sales Hub (CRM), including troubleshooting issues and resolving inquiries.
  • Liaise with Technical Consultant on issues with customizations / company addons
  • Document and track support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
  • Liaise with Principal (Microsoft) on issues with software
  • Introduce/Recommend addons / change requests to customer to help them in their daily work or resolve their issue
  • Requirements
  • Detailed Knowledge of Entry of Mid Tier ERP/CRM Solution - Business Central will be a major plus, D365 Sales Hub will be a major plus, but not required
  • Possess Good Accounting and business workflow knowledge and/or IT database knowledge
  • Able to work in an organized manner, following company SOP
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good listening skills
  • Love Technology
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or IT
