- Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level functional and technical support to customers end-users regarding Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics Sales Hub (CRM), including troubleshooting issues and resolving inquiries.
- Liaise with Technical Consultant on issues with customizations / company addons
- Document and track support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
- Liaise with Principal (Microsoft) on issues with software
- Introduce/Recommend addons / change requests to customer to help them in their daily work or resolve their issue
- Requirements
- Detailed Knowledge of Entry of Mid Tier ERP/CRM Solution - Business Central will be a major plus, D365 Sales Hub will be a major plus, but not required
- Possess Good Accounting and business workflow knowledge and/or IT database knowledge
- Able to work in an organized manner, following company SOP
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening skills

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or IT
