• Design and set up a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment tailored to both group and individual needs
• Observe and assess each child's growth, preparing regular progress reports for parents
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents through regular communication and goal setting for each child
• Maintain positive communication through newsletters, updates, and parent-teacher interactions
• Participate actively in staff meetings to share ideas, enhance teamwork, and continuously improve classroom practices

Requirements:

• Valid ECDA LON (L1/L2)
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
