• Plan and organize the classroom and daily schedule for children's development
• Deliver value-based lessons and model good behavior
• Observe and document children's progress and communicate with parents
• Build strong parent partnerships and maintain regular contact
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to team development

Requirement:

• ECDA LON (L1 or L2)
• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
