About the Role

• Drive program milestones from concept to certification and delivery
• Manage program risk, cost, quality, and timelines,escalating issues proactively with solutions
• Build and manage the full supply chain strategy
• Oversee the setup and scale-up of the main assembly site
• Lead the company's sales and business development strategy
• Negotiate supplier contracts

Skills and Experience Required

• Msc / Degree in Engineering or related field
• PMP certified will be a plus
• Min 10 years of experience in program management for maritime / shipbuilding industry
• Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing operations
• Experience in start up environment will be a big plus
• Interest in Ground Effect Vehicle / Wing-in-Ground (WIG) craft development
