We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts cum Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various administrative functions, including accounts receivable and payable processes, while assisting with general office duties.
Job Description:
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes
• Handle student intern programs and provide guidance when needed
• Assist with booking flights and travel arrangements for the management
• Perform various administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Knowledge of Accounts
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
The candidate must be willing to travel and work at another location (nearby) on certain day.
