About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Partner Manager to join our team and drive channel sales for our cutting-edge RF instrumentation products, including spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers and signal generators. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing Channel Partners (CP) across Southeast Asia region.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Partner Manager to join our team and drive channel sales for our cutting-edge RF instrumentation products, including spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers and signal generators. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing Channel Partners (CP) across Southeast Asia region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop CPs in the region. CP can be classified as Distributor, Reseller and Agent.
- Manage and drive CP sales target through innovative initiatives such as promotion, marketing efforts and others.
- Building a strong relationships with CPs, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate and win-win solutions for all.
- Understanding of end user requirements through CPs and communicate with internal technical engineers to provide effective solution and workarounds.
- Travelling to CP countries for meeting, presentation and demonstration of products.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design campaigns and materials tailored to CPs.
- Organize CPs meeting quarterly or half-yearly to dissimilate company or product information.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports and tracking performance metrics.
- Represent company at industry events, exhibitions, seminars and conferences.
- Creating a system for CP management and monitoring of sales through CPs.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics & Electrical, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of sales success in RF instruments, electronics, or related industries
- Strong technical knowledge of RF instrumentation, including spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers and signal generators
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by the job
Renumeration
- Basic SGD7,000 - 8,000 (depending on years of experience)
- CP sales commissions
