What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of digital/data initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines and budgets
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across business, product, and technology domains
• Lead cross-functional teams (local, nearshore, offshore) through the full product lifecycle - research, prototyping, MVP and scaling
• Translate client needs into actionable strategies and roadmaps, bridging business and technical teams
• Monitor delivery health using quantitative metrics (e.g., velocity, quality) and qualitative outcomes (e.g., stakeholder satisfaction)

What Will Make You Shine

• 10+ years managing complex digital projects, with a technical grasp of product engineering
• Hands-on experience with data platforms, AI solutions and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Track record of leading global, multi-disciplinary teams in consulting or tech environments
• Client-focused mindset with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and identify growth opportunities
• Product-oriented approach - prioritizing value, user impact and iterative delivery
